Entries
Each entry has an amount and may have a date. Entered dates must be distinct and later than the last day paid.
Earnings relationship
Appendix D treats these amounts as insurable and requires them in Block 15C PP1 and the calculated earnings total.
Example
two holidays require two numbered entries with different dates.
Boundary or exception
Do not add a date without its corresponding amount.
