State your name, employer and last day worked. Ask when the ROE will be issued. Do not send a SIN by ordinary email.

Check My Service Canada Account, retain the request date and apply for EI promptly rather than waiting for the missing ROE.

Boundary or exception
Do not assume delay means wrongdoing; ask for the status and use the official escalation path.
