Be specific

Identify the block or fact, what the ROE shows, what you believe is correct and which record supports the request.

Employer amendment

The employer issues the amended ROE. If the issue is not resolved, keep the request and contact Service Canada.

Example

compare the last day paid with a final pay stub and name that date in the request.

Boundary or exception

A disagreement is not proof of misconduct or EI eligibility; keep the request factual.
